Petri Laine

Mr. Petri Laine is partner in LEDI Oy, a corporate finance house specialising in advising high tech and growth companies in financial arrangements, mergers and aquistions and strategy formulation. Before joining LEDI he worked as a partner in Corporate Advisor Group Oy and as an associate professor of accounting and finance at the Tampre University. He lectures still on regular basis in different universities. Petri is deputy chairman of the Finnisn Business Angels Association and the Finnish representative in the board work of Connect Nordic. He is memeber of the board in Inion Oy manufacturer of biodegradable surgical implants and in Epicrystals Oy manufacturer of optoelectronic components.

Mr. Laine holds Licentiate degree in accounting from the Tampere University and Master of Science degree in economics and finance from the Loughborugh University (UK).
