Dr. Jerry P. Miller

Jerry P. Miller, Director of the Competitive Intelligence Center at Simmons College in Boston is known internationally for his work in the competitive intelligence field. He served as a member of the board of directors of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. He coordinated the development of the curriculum guidelines for use in establishing academic programs for the training of competitive intelligence professionals.

Dr. Miller has established three, local chapters of the society in Sao Paulo Brazil, Johannesburg South Africa, and Lisbon Portugal. Firms in various industries have sought his advice in establishing or refining their competitive intelligence function. His current book, Millennium Intelligence: Understanding and Conducting Competitive Intelligence in the Digital World, has been well received and has been translated into Portuguese and Chinese.
