Regular participants

| Review board members: | 250 euros (VAT 0%) |
The fees cover:
- access to all plenary and parallel sessions
- conference bag
- book of abstracts
- proceedings CD-ROM sent by post after the conference
- breakfasts on board
- lunches on board
- coffee and tea during the breaks
- buffet dinner, Sept. 22nd
- gala dinner, Sept. 23rd
- city tour in Stockholm, Sept. 23rd (requires pre-registration)
- accommodation on board

Please note that the guests do not have access to plenary or parallel sessions.
Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is sent by email to ebrf(a)tut.fi before September 1st, the registration fee will be refunded deducted the administration charge of 100 Euros. No refunds will be given after this date. Refund can not be made for no-shows.
