On the first conference day 22nd of September, we will experience the Viking Buffet, which is a traditional famous Scandinavian speciality. It is a plentiful buffet table: international feast both for the eyes and the taste buds, but of course Viking Buffet does not neglect the cuisine of our homeland, with special emphasis on freshly caught fish and traditional Finnish dishes. The Viking Buffet serves variety of delicious alternatives. A good advice is to visit the Buffet table several times. Start with some cold fish dishes, for the next platter we recommend cold cuts. After that you can continue with a selection of hot dishes. Cheese and sweet desserts are a worthy culmination of the dinner. Coffee avec raises the high spirits!

The conference Gala Dinner on the second conference day 23rd of September will be served in Food Garden Restaurant. It is Viking Line’s á la Carte cuisine concept, which has received several international awards. Food Garden provides the perfect scene for enjoyable dinner with excellent food, peaceful environment and panoramic seaview. You are able to choose your main course on our online-registration.
