Presenting in EBRF 2008
Please read the instructions carefully, so that you will be able to take full advantage of your research presentation and the program will run fluently.
Schedule
In EBRF 2008 there is a time slot of 25 minutes for each research presentation. One session has four presentations and the entire duration of the session is 1 h 45 min. The presenters should note that the time is structured as follows:
- 15-20 min: The research presentation
- 5-10 min: Questions and comments, open discussion
Presentation format
Presentations are sent by email to ebrf(a)tut.fi in PPT-format. The research presentations should not exceed 10 PowerPoint-slides. The clarity, the graphic quality and the font size of the presentation have to be suitable for larger rooms.
At the conference
The abstract and the presentation will be given beforehand to the chairman. Your presentation will be preloaded to the computer in the presentation room. Please note that the computers in the presentation rooms are Windows-based PCs. The presentation will also be published at the conference website as a pdf-document after the conference.
After the conference
The full paper of 10-15 pages has to be submitted by December 8th. More information regarding the full paper submission will be sent after the conference.
